How Long Does It Take to Create My Order?

All our orders are handmade to ensure perfection therefore we have a creation period of 2 - 5 Working Days (Monday to Friday/excluding bank holidays) from the date after your order is placed with us.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Workshop Will Be Closed from the 24th - 29th December, therefore the 4 working days will be seen as bank holiday period within our shipping policy. 

What Courier Is Used For My Shipment?

All our phone cases and prints are shipped via a Royal Mail service. Our suitcases are shipped via an alternative courier such as DPD.

 

How Long Does it Take For My Order to Reach My When Shipped?

For UK Orders: 2 - 3 Working Days (Monday to Friday/Excluding Bank Holidays)

For International Orders: Estimated 7 - 10 Working Days (Monday to Friday) Can increase and decrease in days around peak seasons. 

 

Can I Get A Tracking Number For My Order?

At the checkout you are presented with two shipping methods, if you have paid/selected for a tracked shipment, your tracking number will be uploaded shortly after you have received your dispatch notification.
